SIZE

As a custom builder, we can construct pole buildings as small or as large as you need. The right size for your pole building ultimately comes down to how you plan to use it. Adapting the size and layout of the building to its intended use will ensure it works exactly like you need.


Our 3D Design Tool makes it easy to look at different configurations and sizes based on your specific preferences. Of course, our team is also available to help you figure out the best size and dimensions for your needs.

ROOFING & SIDING

The best pole buildings offer weather-tight roofing and siding that stands the test of time. At Diamond State Pole Buildings, we use industry-leading 29-gauge Galvalume steel — the only steel panels on the market that carry a bare substrate warranty. 


Galvalume panels use a patented aluminum-zinc alloy coating that performs better than galvanized steel, and are topped with a ceramic pigmented silicone polyester coat. Galvalume offers excellent strength, durability against sun, rain, and extreme temperatures, as well as mildew resistance and dent resistance. Its anti-siphon feature creates a weathertight seal that protects your investments.


DOORS

Diamond State Pole Buildings uses R41/R51 Responder Doors for every project. These pre-hung doors offer a 4-way swing with an insulated door leaf. Premium smooth steel panels feature a flush design with cakepan panels for style, strength, and corrosion resistance. The low-profile design complies with ADA guidelines, and comes with either an aluminum or steel frame. The doors offer an R11 insulation value.


Our overhead doors come from the Hörmann Gemini collection. Available in 24-gauge and 25-gauge galavanized steel, six design options, and nine different colors, these overhead doors provide safety and durability at an affordable price point. Optional polystyrene insulation with a vinyl backcover offers added insulation for your pole building.


WINDOWS

Diamond State Pole Buildings uses 3x4 Double Hung Pella Windows as standard. Both the top and bottom sashes can be lowered, raised, and tilted in for ease of use and maintenance. Insulated glass offers excellent energy efficiency, all backed by a brand that has been a trusted name in the industry for over 85 years.
