  • Why pole barns?

Post-frame construction offers total flexibility in your design. You can customize dimensions, floor plan, colors, and more for your specific needs. By using treated wood posts during construction, you save on time and materials costs, while still meeting construction requirements and building codes.

  • What building sizes does Diamond State Pole Buildings offer?

As a custom pole barn builder, we can construct buildings as large or as small as you need.

  • What types of materials do you use?

We believe in using the best possible materials to ensure top-quality results for your pole building. For example, we use only kiln-dried #1 Southern Yellow Pine and #2 Spruce Pine Fir in our buildings. We use Grade #1 Galvalume Steel for our metal — the only metal in the industry to offer both paint and metal warranties.

  • Do I have to get my own permit?

No! Our experts handle everything needed for obtaining a permit for a pole building in your county, so you have nothing to worry about.

  • How long does construction take?

Construction typically begins 4-10 weeks after you sign your contract. Construction length will depend on the complexity of your project. Simple projects are usually completed in a few days, while complicated projects will require more time. This is especially true of projects that require multiple contractors for plumbing, electrical, and so on.
